Privacy notice
Last updated 10 June 2026
This is the long version of the promise on the front page. It covers this website only — when the product launches, it will get its own notice before it touches anyone’s data.
Who we are
The data controller is Albitor Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17204637. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@albitor.com.
What we collect, and why
The early-access form. If you sign up we store your email address, team size band, sector, whether you ticked the call box, and — if your visit carried them — the referrer and UTM tags that brought you here. We use this to plan launch capacity and to email you when your access is ready: one email, or two if you opted into a call. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in launching to the people who asked for it, and your consent for the optional call.
Page views. The site sends an anonymous view tally — page path, referrer and UTM tags. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no IP addresses stored, no third-party analytics. View records delete themselves after 180 days.
That is the complete list. There is nothing else.
Where it lives, who sees it
Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in London (eu-west-2) and is seen only by Albitor Ltd. It is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
How long we keep it
Signups: until we have emailed you about launch, plus a short window for the early-access programme itself — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Page views: 180 days, automatically.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, or export what we hold about you, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@albitor.com — or just reply to any email we send — and we’ll action it. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
